Data we collect from you
We collect personal data from you in a variety of ways:
At sign-up
When a user signs up for Beat45, we record account registration data. This personal data is provided by you to enable you to register to use Beat services. This includes:
- Business name
- Business description
- Email address
- Password
- First name
- Last name
- Birth year
- Gender
- Address
- City
- State
- Phone number
During use of Beat45
When customers use Beat45, we record service usage data. This is personal data that is collected when customers access and use the services and resources provided by Beat45. This data includes:
- Play history
For payment
Beat45 processes all payments through Stripe. Stripe is a third-party platform and provides a secure API installed into our client-side pages. Information is entered on the Beat45 webpage, but none of the information enters Beat45 servers. Instead, the data goes directly to Stripe. When Beat45 pays, or accepts payment, the information is sent to Stripe for processing.

Requests for more information
When Beat45 receives a customer’s request for more information, certain personal information is collected. This may include any information contained within the request.
Cookies
Beat45 uses cookies and/or similar technologies to analyze customer behavior and administer service. This is done to optimize customer’s personal experience.

Why we collect personal data

Sharing personal data
Beat45 shares customer personal data with only one third-party, Stripe. This is for the purpose of processing payments. Beat45 does not share your information with any other company or third-party.
Securing your personal data
Beat45 is committed to protecting users’ data. All client and server communications are sent over a TLS encrypted connection. User passwords are encrypted and stored in a database.
Passwords protect accounts. Beat45 encourages users to use a unique and strong password, limit access to their computer and browser, and log out after having used the Beat45 service.
Do Not Track – California Online Privacy Protection Act Notice
Beat45 does not track its customers over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising, and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser may allow you to set the DNT signal so that third- parties know you do not want to be tracked. Please consult your browser for how to make this setting.

From time to time, Beat45 may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, Beat45 operation, or for other reasons. Please check the effective date of the Privacy Policy to ensure you are familiar with the most updated policies and practices. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you of those changes by posting them here, and/or by sending you an email or other notification.
Accessing and amending your personal data
If you wish to access your personal data, and amend any inaccuracies found therein, please contact us at privacy@beat45.com. We will respond within 30 days. In certain situations, Beat45 may not be able to provide access to or delete all of the personal data it holds about you.
