3. You may cancel prior to being charged the monthly subscription fee by contacting us at Service@Beat45.com, or visiting our website at https://beat45.com.
4. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance, and no credits or refunds will be issued for partial or prepaid months after cancellation.

6. Beat45™ reserves the right to deny or cancel the Free Trial at any time for any reason.
